When you visit New Testament Baptist Church, we trust you find a church that has a family atmosphere that you will want to be a part of.
You will find a place for everyone in the family to study the Word of God during our Sunday school hour. During the Sunday morning service there are two Junior church services for children to attend while their parents are attending the worship service in the auditorium. While adults attend the Bible study and prayer time on Wednesday night, the children attend Patch the Pirate clubs and the teens attend the Teen Meeting. There is also nursery provided at all services for those children that three years old and younger. A well trained staff, of caring ladies, will be at the nurseries to provide loving care for your children. There are ushers who can show where all of our classes and nurseries are located.
The Prayer Invitation:
Jesus said in Matthew 21:13, "My house shall be called a house of prayer." At the end of each service we take a few moments and give people an opportunity to spend some time in private prayer. Some folks will come down towards the front of the auditorium to kneel and pray, others will pray at their seats, and some will spend time in reverent silence and listen to the special music that is played during this time. Feel free to do whatever is comfortable to you. If you would like to pray, please do, or if you would like to talk with someone, we have counselors ready to meet you at the front of the auditorium during this time.
Dress:
At New Testament Baptist Church we do not have a dress code. Please feel free to come however you feel most comfortable. Many of our ministry leaders will wear traditional "Sunday" dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcomed and comfortable during you visits here.
