Peace Multiplied

1 Peter 1:1-2 KJV Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, [2] Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Yesterday, we saw that Peter’s desire was that the grace of God would be multiplied unto us. Today, we see that Peter desires for peace to multiplied unto us. In the Scriptures, we find that we can have peace with God (Rom. 5:1). When we trust Christ as our Savior, we find peace with God. We can also experience the peace of God (Phil. 4:6-7) In order to experience the peace of God, we must take everything to Him in prayer with thanksgiving. We also find that God will keep us in perfect peace if our minds are focused on Him
(Isa. 26:3).
